“Mango” Shops in Orense and Serrano commercial Streets have single slope skylights to get natural light.
Skylights are always present in areas as commercial, fashionable, smart and emblematic as Serrano Street. They are essential to improve the environment. This is the reason why there are more and more glass roofs in the shops renovation. No matter if they are slope glass roofs, pyramid glass roofs or strutural glass skylights. Depending on the space, Lucerglass will make the appropriate glass roof for that space. Besides, Madrid has the advantage of having sunny days the most of the year even in winter. So the energetic saving is very important.
In this case, we have made a single slope skylight with two lateral fixed glasses of 3,00 meters height, three glasses of 4,60 meters length and two glasses of 3,50 meters length. The total measure of the glass roof is 63,64 metres squared. The glass is a double glazing composed of a template solar control glass and low-emissivity properties of 6 mm., chamber of wind of 16 mm. and a security laminated glass of 8 mm. Lucerglass has also made all the windows with aluminium frames of Hiberlux brand. These windows are lacquered in RAL-8019 with all the quality certifications written in the project.
GLASS SKYLIGHTS TO INTRODUCE NATURAL LIGHT IN MANGO SHOP
Lucerglass has signed a contract to build the glass skylights for Mango Shop in the capital of Spain, Madrid, in the commercial Orense street. The measurements of these spanish skylights are 164,38 m2. These skylights have been made with Hiberlux aluminium profiles, lacquered according to the proyect with all the quality certificates. Besides, they have a drainage system to get watertightness. All the joints are sealed with high quality silicone.
